I choose these because they looked very high quality and I have not been disappointed.They are solid and were easy to install. I like that they are power open, power close and the stops are fully adjustable. I also like that you can disengage the clutch and manually adjust the damper, which made calibrating the zones so easy. Once I had that figured out, I just connected power and done.The system has provided perfect temperature control to all rooms now, which was terrible before.I highly recommend this product and this company for that matter. These did cost a little more than the Honeywell ones, but I feel the extra cost was well worth it.

These are very sturdy work very well. They are are power open and power close as against the common dampers which are power close and spring open. The drive mecahism is much better than the common Honeywell or equivalent. Just make sure your zoning system includes power close and remember you will need three conductors for each damper and not two as needed for the Honeywell and equivalents.They also sell the damper drive as a retrofit, which is nice and easy to install.These damper do not use as much energy as they do not use power once they are at the end of their movement like normal dampers. Also the adjustment for the stops to partially open or close are very positive / easy to adjust.

Works flawless

I have a 3 zone system powered by an old DuroZone control board. I knew the motors on the original dampers were on their way out because 2 of the 3 whined loudly when opening or closing. These Ecojay dampers were an easy swap out replacement and wiring was simple (1,4,6 on the DuroZone board). So far all 3 are working silently and reliably. The 5 year warranty is a nice peace of mind. The rubber seal around the blade is also a nice touch, and should help my system operate more efficiently as the old dampers did not have this. 5 stars!

Works great on our zoning system, well packaged and quality materials used in the construction.

I love the idea to use stepping motor instead of spring operated damper. It makes sense because reduces wearing and energy required. Also the motor is designed to be easily replaced. I hope this company can go forever.

As described. Could benefit from having wiring instruction from 2 wire to 3 wire

Easy to install with flex ducts. Wiring was intuitive and the hard stops were very easy to set. Has the feel of a High quality pro-grade product.
