We finally purchased a button loader water machine. Definitely worth the money. It was a great price and absolutely love the perfect water temperature. It’s very quiet as well.

We have been using for the past few months. It works perfectly. No leaks and not loud at all.

Initial review after a few days. The product is not made as sturdy and heavy as the name brand more expensive ones but you already know this buying something more reasonable. I was worried as the shipping box was damaged and grill on the back of the cooler was pushed it a bit but it didn't seem to have hit anything. So far after set up the machine has worked great though. Hot water is very hot and cold water is very cold. Flow is decently fast and no leaking at all so far. Very impressed with how well it works for the price. Noise level is not as bad as some other people claim. I hardly even notice it. Easy to use and fits well in my kitchen .Only time will tell if anything happens and I will update if needed. So far I'm very happy except for the horrible shipping which is not the vendors fault.

This is a great unit. We use it at church and everyone loves the cold water and instant hot water. The bottom load water makes it easy for anyone to replace. And the top buttons keep it safe for kids along with the hot water safety feature. Definitely recommend.

I set it up when I received it but I never got cold water. I had to return it. I bought two countertop ice makers, the same brand, one for myself and one for my daughter. They are awesome. I do not think it is the brand. I think I got a bad water cooler.

A little bit noisy for those who want to have it in a bedroom though it serves its purpose. The delivery wasn’t very good because the box came very damaged. Fortunately the water dispenser wasn’t visibly damaged.

Love this! Keep it in our office. Staff constantly coming in for ice cold water. Haven’t used the hot side yet.

The first one we ordered did not work. After contacting the manufacturer we still could not get it to work. Amazon ordered a pick up of that one and sent out a replacement. The replacement is working as expected. Thank you Amazon!
