We did not like the assembly directions. They were not complete or specific. My husband put together the chair basically on his own. When complete, the chair was fine.

I am telling you that warranty is the fakest lie you will ever get. Look on the consumer reports. When I first reached out for a warranty replacement, the bracket broke, the wheel base broke, gas lift broke, I was in warranty. I contacted and it was a hassle to get replacements. Which were less quality then the original. It broke 3 weeks after with ultra light use. I reached back out and they said they are making me pay. But will give me a 10 dollar discount for a 5 star review on Facebook. I refused. I paid the 120 bucks they wanted for replacement parts. They lasted 3 months. Confirmed before I purchased that the replacement parts have a warranty of 2 years, they ignored their documents, ignored the proof I have. Still making me pay. Honestly. If you want a comfy chair, this isn’t it. Warranty is garbage, quality is garbage. Don’t believe YouTubers or websites that say it’s the best. It’s really not. Your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

One word description? GLORIOUS! Best chair I’ve boight. Super comfortable! I’m gonna give it 4 stars for now though. The advertisement said it had a massaging lumbar pillow and it didn’t come with one. If they rectify that or change the purchase price 5 stars all the way.

I bought this chair originally from NewEgg. Amazon can request proof if needed. The chair is comfortable but it breaks apart incredibly easy. eWin refuses to honor their warranty. Only spend money on this chair if you're okay with it breaking within 6 months and not getting any replacement parts. Luckily, my bank agreed with me and I ended up being able to charge back.

Once assembled the chair is comfortable.A few things I noted (reasons for less than a 5 star review):- The instructions were a little lacking but it wasn't too hard to figure out where the actual process needed differed from the instructions.None of these prevent the chair from working nor it's comfort so it's still a good chair once successfully assembled.- The right side strut that the back attaches to was leaned forward such that, when the back was attached, it wouldn't be easy to sit in. Attempts to pull the reclining lever and moving it back by hand didn't work. It takes more pressure. Assembling the back onto the base and leaning back with my torso added plenty of force and it reclined correctly.- The reclining arm doesn't always snap back into place fully which can lead to a sudden and jarring feel of falling as it audibly slips the gear and reclines further than intended at times.
