The Anger Management Workbook for Women: A 5-Step Guide to Managing Your Emotions and Breaking the Cycle of Anger

Very Enlightening
I'm only just finished with chapter 2 after receiving it today. It's truly already extremely helpful. If you're struggling this is a great interactive book to follow along with and make notes.Again, 2 chapters in and I feel a little raw from the information I've obtained on myself. I even made a note on the inside cover; 'I can do hard things' because taking a clear look at yourself and behavior, as well as predispositions is not easy but it can be done.I hope the remainder of the book is as helpful as the first 2 chapters and being hopeful for that change is rewarding in and of it self.

Recommended by a Beverly Hills Psychologist on Wilshire Blvd.
I bought this as a gift for a female friend of mine, after I asked my psychologist friend what would be a good workbook for her. He likes this one and there’s another one by a different author for men “anger management workbook for men.” There are easy exercises following very short easy to read chapters In both. So, based on that, I recommend.

Helpful. Uses real stories to relate and teach. Breaks down and evaluates your own actions.
This book has done wonders for me. I am only about half way through and already noticing a difference. It's given me great techniques to use and has taught me to be mindful of my thoughts. It's doesn't tell you that anger is bad, it just helps you deal with how you react to it. It has a handful of her previous clients and uses their stories as apart of the lessons. It helps to normalize the feelings you have and it makes me feel like I'm not alone I'm feeling this way. Also, it has you break down and evaluate situations that made you angry and helps you identify triggers and learn how to change your response in a difficult situation.

For a significant portion of my life, I grappled with anger issues. Now, I've reached a point where I've recognized my triggers and developed various coping mechanisms to deal with anger constructively. This book has proven to be a valuable tool for consistently implementing these strategies, enabling me to lead a calmer and more balanced lifestyle. I highly recommend it as a resource for anyone seeking to cultivate a more serene and harmonious life.

Great content bad binding
The contents of this book is awesome. But the book it's self is coming apart at the binder. The pages are coming out. The writer needs to get someone else to bind her books. I haven't even finished reading this great story when it's physically falling apart.

Perfect for anyone with Anger Problems
Sometimes it is difficult to get someone to see that they have a problem with their anger and if you try and tell them they become defensive and ignore you. I first copied the assestment test and gave it for the individual to take and after they completed it, their score indicated that they needed professional help. I then gave them the workbook. That was 2 weeks ago and their has definitely been a change in them and they have recognized the change and have become aware that they have problem without knowing it. The assignments that they do has been of great help to them. The workbook is doing what I or no one else could have done. If you have a loved one that needs anger management help, this workbook is what you need. I highly recommend it. It even helped me to look at the individual differently. Anger is something that is learned.
