Hello. The outside chocolate covering is quite firm in a bit on the Text side. The inside is soft not firm. This is true with every batch I’ve ever purchased. It is absolutely delicious.

Q: Has anyone been able to get a refund for the melted ones?

My order said it was not refundable. Should have known better.

Q: I live in AZ. Do you use ice packs or dry ice to ship to AZ?

I live in AZ as well and have never seen anything shipped in dry ice
