Why stop at ramen?
A handy little mix of dried veggies that goes great in ramen, steamed rice, and practically any soup. It rehydrates well and tastes good. The package is perfect for the pantry or to keep at work, but you may need to transfer to another container because you may need to cut into the bag to open it. A good value.

Yes, a good buy! Fresh.
Good taste! These ramen toppings elevate any type of instant noodles. Or anything really! They are just freeze dried vegetables diced small. So . You may be able to find the same thing for a better price. A good value overall I think and the quality is good too. Very fresh smelling. The ingredients are just vegetables and a few basic seasonings. Simply add them hot water or broth and bob’s your uncle. Just make sure to let them soak for enough time. The peas will have a chalky texture if you eat them too soon!

Good toppings, but package is smaller than you might think.
This is a decent mix of vegetables that can be added to your ramen noodles. They would also work in a soup. The flavor is subtle and if you are using quick ramen noodles you might need to reconstitute the veggies before starting your noodles. I frequently eat ramen from a cup, but I allow my noodles to steep for about 15 minutes. That is about right for the veggies in my opinion. I use about 2 tablespoons topping mix per serving of ramen, so there is about 10 servings in the bag for me. Ramen is still a budge item, this just makes it a bit tastier (and nutritious?).

Tasty
Rehydrates well. Good texture. Good size to mix thoroughly in your ramen. Good color. Good (even) variety. Tastes good with bargain ramen or imports. Mixed well (so far) with plain pork, creamy chicken, spicy chicken, spicy carbonara, and veggie broth bases. Has its own flavoring, so probably didn't need the extra.I also added some gim (nori) and sesame a couple times. It blended well. If you like enoki and shiitake in your soup, this has some but maybe not enough to meet your liking. There is enough flavor going on that I didn't really notice until I decide to write this review, especially after you toss a fried egg on top.

Meh.
Kinda gross. The items don't rehydrate well and there is a lot of cabbage and an off-putting taste it adds. Would not get again.

Just what my Ramen needed!
I love a quick pack n go Ramen, but often times what's included in the little packets leave much to be desired. Now having this. I can pack a little baggie and then toss the contents into my Ramen, add the hot water and enjoy at my desk! Veggies are whole, are not mushy, and all very quite tasty! Great find!

Adds good flavor at a good price
It’s a good value compared with the price of other Ramen add-ons. It adds a nice flavor of fresh vegetables and just certainly a lot easier than buying fresh when all you need is a couple tablespoons. I think the quality of the vegetables is good because you can absolutely taste them. I do put them in the water when I’m cooking the Ramen so that they will get tender.

Good Quality and Taste and Light Weight
Very good for outdoor activities such as backpacking that require minimum weight. It has a variety of veggie, very light weight and quite tasty.
