Good product, helps the wife more than me😂

It’s effective. The only downside I sometimes find is the plastic strap holders sometimes poke into my side/back. A simple cover for these would make the device excellent five star.

Very simple idea but effective. It forces me to sleep on my side preventing me from lying on my back, where I’m suffering from positional sleep apnoea.

Simply genius! Just the perfect level of uncomfort to nudge you sleeping on the side, but not too much to hurt you. It’s not bulky, so it can easily follow you when travelling and it’s light weight. I surely recommend it to anyone willing to change their sleeping position and as a first step to reduce snoring.

Product does its job. Woke up once or twice in the night at first but that’s why it’s called a sleep trainer. No more sleeping on back!

Terrible didn’t change a thing total waste of money

Good product. Better than others on the market. Comfortable, MY only problem. The ball s too small and too soft I can sleep on my back and not feel anything I ordered a much Bigger harder dog toy ball. Works so much better , and would make this a 5 star product

It stopped me side sleeping, or helped, and that was what I wanted.

Ich habe das Produkt wegen Schlafapnoe bestellt, trage es jetzt seit einer Woche und die Atemstörungen sind dadurch auf Null zurückgegangen. Das Produkt ist sehr klein und recht bequem zu tragen. Ich kann mich trotz der Kugel nachts noch umdrehen, ohne aufzuwachen und es erfüllt damit seinen Zweck optimal. Zudem ist es so klein, dass man es locker mit auf Reisen nehmen kann. Für mich eine ganz klare Empfehlung.

ottimo prodotto, per ora funziona bene. Comodo da indossare , si puo allargare ed io che sono un pezzo da XXL mi calza alla perfezione lavabile se devo trovare un piccolo difetto la pallina un po piccola , ma ne vale comunque 5 strelle

This is going to sound like a fake review, but it is not. I tried other anti snoring devices. Tight things to hold you mouth shut. None worked. I snored every night and my wife would tell me every morning how bad it was. She was ready to move to the guest bedroom. She would wake me up 4-5 times a night to roll me off my back. I bought this and we both laughed because it looks so stupid. I started using it maybe 3 weeks ago. Guess what? I have not snored even once since then. It is really unbelievable how a dumb ball on your back can work so well. I don't even know I have it on. I really think I am subconsciously learning to not roll on my back because it will be uncomfortable.

Très efficace. Le gilet maintient bien la boule au milieu du dos. Plus de ronflements ni d’apnée du sommeil
