I've been using this for almost 3 months and wanted to give it some time to work. I had been taking 1 tablet in the morning and 1 at night. Recently, I increased that to 2 at night.I have had some improvement, particularly during the day.Nights are somewhat better, but I still get up about three times. It was worse.I do have some medical issues, so it might not get better than that.I will continue this regimen at least until I see my doctor in the fall.For anyone on the fence about this, it's worth a try. Just give it time.

I’ve only been on it for 10 days..and it does help some with my overactive bladder..I’m still gong more than I want to..but less than I used to..I’m gonna give it another few weeks and I’ll update if it’s improved any more or not

I've been taking this for about three weeks and have not seen a major difference. Instead of getting up nightly every two hours, I am now getting up about every three so that is an improvement but I'm hoping for more. I will continue to finish the bottle and hope the nightly getting up decreases even more. If so, I will repurchase. I guess I am still in the holding pattern hoping for more!

Before buying this product I was literally peeing probably 40 times a day, and I am only 29! It was literally destroying my life! I have no problem holding my urine (though I often feel as though I am about to pee my pants I never do), and I do not leak. However, MY BLADDER ALWAYS FEELS FULL. The doctors were no help. I am so glad I found this product. I had to be patient. It did not work overnight. However, about three weeks in now, things are really starting to change! It is gradual. I slowly am starting to notice that I am not beelining it for the bathroom every time I enter an establishment. I am able to start activities and finish them, sometimes up to an hour or two at a time, without taking a bathroom break (this was not possible for me before. I was in the bathroom literally like every 15-20 minutes). I am waking up less frequently at night to pee. I did forget to take it the last couple days, and today I realized I was peeing more again. But I don't care. If I have to take this product every day for the rest of my life, that is fine by me. I am just grateful to have a solution! Even if I stop improving from here, I am grateful for the progress I have made! Highly recommend.

Misleading dosage description on directions on the product information page on Amazon. Says to take ONE a day. So I thought..ok, worth trying. 60 in the bottle. When it got here it said directly on the bottle to take FOUR a day. Two in the morning and two before bed for the first two weeks, then take ONE in the morning and ONE at night there after. Then I relieved an email from the company thanking me for my order and explaining that being a natural product I may need to take these for 4 months to get the benefits. I'm aware that natural products don't always work like big pharma drugs which I do want to avoid for my over active bladder. I believe though that ALL of the dosage information and length of time you'll possibly need to take these to see an effect should be more up front on the description. What I thought would last 60 days is only going to last 15 days per dosage listed on the bottle for the first month. Then to find out I'll need to possibly pay/buy $90.00 more of the product to see a result! Amazon was great at understanding my issue with this product description on their site and said it would be corrected. I haven't been on it long enough to know if it works. Don't know that I'm willing to spend$120.00 total in it to find out if it will work for me. I only know the marketing is a tad deceiving.

I have suffered from overactive bladder for over six years now. When I was diagnosed, I was given a prescription pill, but began suffering from dry eyes, dry mouth, dry skin and dandruff. So, I stopped taking them. My dentist also discouraged me from using them. She mentioned one of her patients whose teeth needed fillings and crowns as a side effect from using the prescription. I already have way too many fillings and crowns, thank you very much.So, I switched to the over-the-counter patches. They were huge and sometimes didn't stay on. But, they worked for a while. However, the damage to my skin was intolerable: the scarring, redness and itching. Also, having to use makeup remover to scrub the remains off made the damage even worse. So, I just dealt with my symptoms, until I read about these homeopathic supplements.I noticed a change within two weeks; no more nightly visits to the bathroom. Then, my visits to the restroom during the day also decreased. They're easy to take and with none of nasty side effects. The price is reasonable as well.Overall, I'm very pleased with this product and will continue to recommend it to all my friends with OAB.

Been using this product for 3 weeks. I am reordering today. Some days it works and some days it does not. But from having to problems 3x per day to no problems for several days. I purchased other items for bladder control, but want to give each product a chance and to see which one works. I tried this product first. Now I would like to return the other products to my local health food store. So far, we are happy with this and so is my septic system. We went from doing 4 loads of wash per week to 25 loads per week because of the over active bladder. Now we are down to 6 loads of wash per week.. No side-effects. We also use Depends in case she has an accident.

I am a female who tried this for overactive bladder. I can say that I do not wake up as often at night when I take it regularly, however I still have to go pretty often...hence the 3 stars. Helpful but not a miracle in a bottle
