I bought this product to replace the the baffle that broke on rear wall of my vista flame pellet stove that had broken after 7 years . Size was good fit , I needed to trim 3/8 inch off the top to fit with expansion room , and needed to cut opening for pellet chute. I also used high temp paint to recreate faux brick look (not sure if manufacturer would approve) , but looks great . Can be cut by gentle repeated passes with sharp utility knife easily. Wear gloves to protect from tiny particles. I will update after following manufacturers break in .

This board is a great value replacement board for Englander/summer heat stoves.This board is way more sturdy than OEM board, and after a first full 24 Hour burn, appears just as efficient if not better.One thing to keep in mind when using in older stoves as fore mentioned, steel heating and cooling over time stretches the metal. So this board in my stove needs to be a 1/4" longer in length to fit the pre made board shelf on both sides ( you can make it sit on L/R not both) I will contact Lynn to see if I can have one made with longer dimensions.

Not as thick as original equipment or replacement. It broke during 1 season. Next time ordered from stove company. 4 years still not broke.

Well I picked up a englander nc13 wood stove that the owner had replaced the board with an unknown brand. And after about a month that new board cracked and the stove just wouldn’t maintain or burn. I had lots of soot building up. I ordered this expecting I’d probably be doing the same. Well to my surprise this board was thinner then the previous owners replacement and upon installing was about an 1/8” from not fitting but it did, like a glove. And after logging the first fire I could already tell the difference. The secondary burn was properly working. And... to my surprise I got a whole winter of use and it still looks great, and not to mention since the stove is burning like it should and chimney soot was minimal... and I burn only pine in this stove as it’s in the shop and pine tends to create tons of soot. Might order another as a backup. Came packaged very well.

Old OEM Baffle was thin & shrank & broke a few times. This one is thicker & cut to the exact layout of the our fireplace insert/stove. The end result is a significant slower burning stove, using less wood & with more more efficiency. The draft vent ( on top right) operates way better compaired to old baffle. It took few burns to learn how to control the stove, the draft slider with old baffle was almost useless for most of the range. Its 100% more effective now.

I purchased this to replace original broken fiber board. This was much cheaper than the original but it cracked after only two weeks. I contacted customer service , they apologized for the inconvenience and agreed to replace the item quickly. I highly recommend their products because they make sure the customer is completely satisfied with their products.

Received this very quickly so 5 Stars for the supplier on delivery. I cannot give a review yet on the actual performance until next year after I have had it in my wood stove for the winter. For the past 6 years I have ordered a new fibreboard every year from Englander as when I remove the fibreboard to clean stove and pipes, after a year of use, it is like paper and I usually end up putting my thumb through it no matter how careful I am. The Lynn fibreboard feels like a better quality so time will tell.

Ordered for the father in law. Fit his stove nicely. We did have to champher the edge at the bottom of the feed cutout as some pellets would bounce and miss the pot.This product is much better than the original brick as it is not brittle, and can be removed for a deep cleaning without being as delicate and prone to breaking.

Fit perfectly arrived on time and it works

This is a pellet stove liner that fit great but is a bit thick so I had to shape the opening for the pellet to drop into the fire box as without grinding a bit of the opening the pellets would bounce over firebox ,it now is perfect
