The Health Department came in to do their normal inspection and I realized my Servsafe Manager Certificate was expired. I didn't want to sit through a 6 hour training class, so I ordered this to study with before taking my exam. This has all the Servsafe 7th Edition material for 2018. Gregrey Carpenter really understands how to layout the info in a way to remember for the test.I PASSED !!!!!!!

Well... Not even the information ServSafe provides for Food Safety... disappointing.

There is a test at the end of the book. Question and answers given as a,b, c,or d. Answer sheet in back of book has one answer as s and another as v. There are typos in the book as well. I did use this book as a study guide but ended up buying more study tools as this seemed to fall short.

What to believe????

This book has not ben updated since the FDA updated it's code in 2017. You can not rely on the data it contains.
