Does that mean they are pinned into actual leather of soa?.

I would NOT use them on leather although you could. My furniture is fabric covered and by using the pins you leave a hole!

Dear Mrs Fry,Thank you for your enquiry about antimaccassar pins. These, as you know, keep the cover on armchairs in place. There are two different types, the straight ones and the twisted ones. The antimaccassar straight ones, you would simply push them in, at a slight angle, the twisted ones, you would simple twist into the cover. I hope this helps. RegardsSue
