Original Fumoto F105N with LC-10 lever clip Engine Oil Drain Valve Golden

I put these on every car I own. I have never had an issue with one in the 10 years I had it on my Subaru. I drove offroad, in deep snow and on highways and never had the lever move. The new models come with a clip to put over the lever for added peace of mind. The lever will not move straight over to drain, it needs to be lifted and then turned. It makes changing the oil so much easier. You can even drain the oil when the engine is hot.

Haven't installed this one yet, but installed one on my 2015 WRX and it was simple. - Easy to install once you remove the stock plug. Washer and lock keep it secure and leak free.

This is one of the best inventions ever for car maintenance. I wish I had learned about these years ago. Makes changing oil SO much easier.

I've been using Fumoto oil drain valves since 1987 and they make changing your engine oil an easy task.

I ordered the wrong model by mistake (mine) and Fumoto exchanged it for the correct one at no charge. They even included the nylon 3/8 hose adaptors, which were not with the original unit. Great product, even greater customer service!

Solid construction TBH I wasn't really expecting it to be built as well as it is.... I thought it was going to be some Chinese garbage nock off but I was pleasantly suprised

I installed this on my 2018 Subaru Outback H6. This makes my oil changes a breeze. I have another one installed On my 2011 Outback (different fit). It is still going like new after 9 years.

I absolutely love this product, but with the cold weather here in the north the little black lock clip has broken and unfortunately anytime I hear a rock under the car I get concerned that the valve may open on its own.I will defend the company in regards to that it does take some considerable force to open the valve, so on top of just lifting the valve cover you have to slide it over. I just wish there was another design that could give some slightly more peace of mind.Do not let this review persuade you not to purchase this as this is really a great product and has already served its purpose. I even took the car to the dealership cause I was sick and I didn't want to do it myself and the oil tech was excited to finally see one of these in person and thanked me for making his job just that much easier. Tool free oil changes!? Yes please!

Super simple to install and haven’t had any issues with leaks or anything after over 6 months usage. Makes oil changes quicker and a lot less messy and makes changing out crush washers a thing of the past.

Purchased F105N for my Subaru Forester 2009, which is M20 x 1.5Tried to install at the last oil change, however the threading was very tight.Had to stop due to concern of causing damage to the oil drain thread.Upon closely examining of the Fumoto valve I have noticed some dents on the threads.I am not a mechanic, it was difficult to evaluate whether those dents were responsible for tight threading,or the thread was not the right fit.Unfortunately my oil change was scheduled two days after the Amazon return window so I cannot return the defective product. So I've lost some money.It's also possible that the damages were caused by poor packaging, which is continuous issue with packages from Amazon US.

Straightforward install and good fitment for my 04 WRX. Makes oil changes mess free and fast. No leaks whatsoever, Fumoto makes quality products.
