24" Rectangle Drop In White Bathroom Ceramic Sink Porcelain Top With Overflow Faucet Chrome 1.5 GPM Pop Up Drain Water Supply Lines (BT-A08)

After years of scrubbing and scrubbing trying to keep a badly engineered man-made acrylic sink clean, I finally told my husband that I was no longer going to spend the best part of an hour a week scrubbing the ill fitting sink in our downstairs bath. It was ivory colored so it looked dirty to begin with and had been engineered with levels and grooves so that any water that splashed behind the three hole faucet system would drain forward back into the sink. In principle that is, in actuality, the sink's built in backsplash was not at the correct angle so that when the previous owner installed it flush to the wall, the sink was actually angled downward, toward the back and the water ended up collecting behind and around the faucet/backsplash - yuck! Training everyone who used the sink to wipe down the excess water back into sink was doomed to fail and every week I would have to scrub all the dried dust that migrated there. Sounds simple enough but every week those grooved areas got a little darker. As we are planning a bath remodel in a few years time I just kept on cleaning but the "remodel" keeps getting pushed further away I revolted and refused to do it anymore. When I saw this porcelain sink/solid brass, chrome -plated faucet combo at this price point I grabbed my measuring tape and ran to the bath. It would work and so I ordered it. It came sooner than indicated and I surprised my husband with a brand new "honey-do" for Superbowl weekend. It arrived in perfect condition with all the "tools" needed to install. Our drain pipe was 3/4" too short to simply drop in but our house is not "normal" in more cases than not, so this might not be a problem for anyone else. It was not that expensive or difficult a fix, even for my only moderately handy husband and just took a little longer than expected to do the job. (Probably took longer to empty out vanity, remove old sink and restock vanity, than it did to install new sink faucet.) Now I have a bright white, sleek, level porcelain sink with a simple, single faucet opening instead of three to clean around and no grooves to collect water, dust whatever.

The photo on the site shows the dimensions of the sink being 24 1/2" wide by 20 3/4" deep. Had that been true it would have fit my cabinet opening perfectly instead I have a 1/2" gap I have to choose whether I want it in front of back. Please ensure your description accurately matches the product in which you are selling. Going back I can see you have two different images for this product (attached). the one I mentioned above and the 24 x 20 which is the one I received. I needed the bigger dimensions and it would have fit perfectly.

Read the instructions and it's going to be easy to install. At first, I found a small leak from the drain, but tightening it from underneath solves that really quick - no need for plumber's putty or anything like that.Also, the parts kit comes with teflon tape, so no need to go out and but that ahead of time.Overall, the sink looks great and is a great value! Highly recommended.

We got the broken sink. I contacted the customer service and they sent a replacement immediately. We got a new one in a couple of days. You can rely on this seller. Customer service is excellent. The second one was in good condition and installation was without any problem. The only thing is the actual size of this sink is 24” wide, not 24.5”

Easy to assemble and install. Came with a small roll of Teflon tape too. Looks great!

I'm so happy with this sink and faucet. It works perfectly and is easy to install even for home-improvement rookies. It looks modern and hip. I love the faucet. The components are well laid out (though more close-ups of the nuts and gaskets would have been helpful) and it's surprisingly light-weight though still sturdy. The engineers deserve kudos for creating and packaging this sink. My one ding is the short length of the faucet connectors - I had to buy extensions. That said, for the price, this is more than excellent.

Only problem was a slight blemish during the firing of the sink so slight it doesn’t bother me incredible packing job well done for something so fragile that was my biggest fear and ordering the sink.

After the completion of remodeling our bathroom and the installation of this basin we are very happy with it! We did complain about a flaw on the front edge, but after the company explained that this is a handmade product and minor flaws may be expected we accepted it and it looks and works beautifully after the completion of the installation!
