Un safe to use
I do not like this strap is not tight to use the second strip that goes on your stomach it did not tight was too loose on me for indoor rock climbing an unsafe to use again

It had no instructions to put it on. I tried to return but it got lost in the confusion and I missed my window.to return it. Sucks the big one

if you ever actually buy this for rock climbing you need to pump your brakes and do some research, its rated for less than one single kilonewton people that's less then 225 lbs
