Screen works perfectly, nearly identical to the original screen as far as I can tell. The included instructions were clear and thorough, and the included tools, while still chintzy, are of better quality than ones I’ve seen in similar kits.

This seem to be a highly recommended brand It’s cost effective sturdy and is the correct color as ordered it was easy to install it’s true to size and it’s material is durable.

I normally do not like to write poor reviews on the product as I do understand being Amazon seller is tough. However, recent purchases of this product caused significant frustration that I should inform the seller and the buyers to be aware. Now where to start.. okay here it goes. Used to be great as I have purchased multiple times in the past and fixed screens for iPhones 11pro. However, as of Dec. 2023 the quality of this screen replacement has significantly diminished. In the past - Touch screen responded without issues, no dead pixels. Touch sensitivity had quick respond and able to use it without issues. The package also came professionally with all needed tools to replace and with screen protectors. Also it NEVER had screen freezes before. As of Dec 2023, this is where it begins with poor quality control which makes this screen replacement useless. Known Issues: CONSTANTLY FREEZES randomly during phone usage. Have to click power on/off on the side button to make the screen respond to touch. Very frustrating when it occurs more than three times, especially when your searching or streaming. Touch sensitivity is out of control. It randomly clicks other places on the screen causing text to miss spell frequently, minimize/maximize web browsers randomly, and clicks random things on my phone. Then freezes.. and have to turn on/off power button.. totally nightmares.Moreover, when phone is not in used, I see that the phone screen blinks itself multiple times which is very concerning. Therefore, thought that the one I received is defect and had replacement. Came DOA, had to reordered another one. This time, everything worked well except SCREEN FREEZES multiple times and continue to blink randomly when not in used. And the tools that came with this product was useless as it had no magnetic on the screw drivers. Well it didn't matter since I had multiple tools to repair. But, seeing so many poor quality control raised awareness that this product is no longer great as before. I will be no longer purchasing the screen replacement from this brand. Too frustrating and time wasting to reorder all over again to deal with constant same hectic issues. Unless they improve the quality issues, recommend looking for another brand. This is a honest review from who purchased this brand more than once and fixed phones well.

First thing, I like the packaging and how it has the magnetic pad for the screws. thats a nice edition. The tools were decent except the star one (used to remove screws on outside of phone) was very soft and basically rounded out trying to remove those 2. This is common on most cheaper screw drivers of this style. I replaced a lot of screens on older iphones but stopped after the 10, but luckly I still had my tools and was able to use that to open the outside. was a relatively easy repair and being my first time I had the phone back together in less than 20 mins and that was taking my time. first impression. phone screen looks very blue. im a photographer so I am sensitive to colors like that. Sat it next to an OEM screen and can defintely tell the difference. is it a deal breaker? probably not. so I closed up the phone and went about my day. an hour or so I went to check my phone and I couldnt swipe to unlock. no matter what I did, it wouldnt unlock. had to restart the phone by doing a hard reset and it worked. happened again after a while. another hard reset and it worked. been about 30 mins now and it seems to be fine, so im just going to chalk it up to a one time thing, but something to keep in mind. Also keep in mind since the screen isnt geniune you will get the error when you start up the phone. also screen doesnt have as good of viewing angle. before where I could lay the phone down and glance at it, the image would look good, here it is really bad. think about older projection tvs. im going to give it a few days to see if I want to deal with it or just switch to an oem screen. cliffnotes: its okay if you just want to fix your phone and dont mind little quirks...far from an oem replacement tho. edit: they did reach out to offer a replacement but I don’t want to repair the phone again. good customer service id say. maybe I just got a faulty unit.

I bought this just to get my screen working long enough to get me by until my new phone was delivered and so I could transfer my data(couple weeks) and that’s about all I’d consider it good for. The few “pros” would be the fast shipping and the screw organizer is a nice touch. The keyboard is not as accurate as factory, I find myself misspelling things way more often and sometimes a delay in button press. The touch function completely stops working if you use an inductive wireless charger and it will even randomly button press on its own while charging. Image quality is fairly poor relative to factory. I have a cheap android tablet and this screen is very similar to that one. Color is all over the place depending on the angle that you view it, it’s not as bright and the definition isn’t as high. Very ghosty when scrolling. The adhesive is very thin and weak as others have noted. I could barely get it to stick during assembly. I purchased 2 of these by mistake but ended up disposing of the first adhesive strip and using one from the second box because I couldn’t get it to stick. I don’t expect the screen will stay on for very long. Lastly, the screen is slightly thicker than original and stands out from a side profile. Not that big of a deal, previous iPhone models came like that from the factory. It’s just that all of these things combined would make me never want to have this screen long term. Worth it to wait the 4 weeks or whatever for Apple to repair it for you if you plan to keep the phone.

Do not buy this screen. I generally can’t be bothered to write reviews, I’ve left a handful of positive ones, but never negative. However, after hundreds of products purchased through Amazon over the years, this is the worst and I can’t help but provide some useful feedback to some would-be purchasers. To begin with, the screen adds extra bulk to the phone itself installed in. It adds thickness as it doesn’t sit flush like the OEM screen you’re replacing on the iPhone. That in itself it annoying, however, it gets worse from there. Aside from the phone overheating, battery drain is a huge concern experienced with this screen install. The battery would usually last all day, but a power bank is required as you can sit there and watch the percentage go down rapidly. Despite being described as an OLED display, colours are washed-out, the picture is no longer crisp, but the absolute worst part? The screen has a kind of its own.. it presses buttons at will and even sent a TikTok to someone I would really rather not talk to. Just do yourself a favour, and do NOT purchase this screen.
