FUJITSU fi-6130Z Duplex Sheet-Fed Document Scanner (Renewed)

I’ve bought 5 of these over a period of 2 years and absolutely no complaints! Best scanners for a really busy office with high mail volume that scans. We had our IT guy set up the scanners with no problem. Feeder is fast and smooth and easy to use Will return for more if needed :)

First - this scanner is an excellent scanner. I purchased this "renewed" product. It arrived clearly broken and falling apart -- someone had tried to open it and repair it but failed, and Amazon sent me their failure. So Fujitsu scanners like this one are great, fast, serviceable, and readily available on "E" auction sites. I will think very hard about purchasing another product from Amazon marked as "renewed."

When we got this product we had a difficult time getting it loaded and then a part broke. But we contacted the company and they sent out a replacement right away. Also worked with us in getting installed properly so it worked with our software. I was very pleased with the customer support with this purchase and if I needed another scanner would order form this company again. Well worth the price, these are good scanners even when refurbished.

Works like a champ. However, it did not come with the driver disc so I had to go out into the internet to find one and install. If you have never had to do that before, you might need help. Second thing was that it was very yellowed. It looks bad but fortunately, I was going to use it in the back office where no clients go so that was okay but I wouldn't have put it on my desk where clients would see it everyday. Good deal to get you by until you can get a new one or if you just want to check one out to see if it will work in your situation.

Product arrived with a broken tray. We bought it to replace the same model, so can just as easily use the old tray, but it could have been packaged better.

Units this time were functional but any precept of "renewed" or refurbished is out the window.. all of the rollers were dirty and the machine had not been cleaned.. it was a functional unit wrapped in bubble wrap not in "excellent" shape

I bought this item as advertised "renewed" true is this item never renewed or even clean? I ended up cleaning it and replacing all the rollers to make it renew as it should be by the seller. Also, the USB cable very poor quality and see an error that I attached in the image. The instruction that was given is very bad and not helpful.

Estoy muy sorprendido por la calidad y velocidad de escaneo, yo solo quería comprar un Scanner de alimentación automática y de esas dimensiones, me desidí en comprarlo por el precio, pero cuando lo probé por primera vez, no me esperaba el rendimiento que tiene, excelente compra!!! Solo tengo que mencionar que la instalación en Windows 11 se tiene que hacer por un técnico ya que yo no supe como hacerlo, se requiere conocimiento en el ramo.
