Keurig K45 Elite Brewing System, Coconut White

This is perfect for our little office with just 1-2 people using it each day. It's a little noisy but we don't care. For some reason the white model was cheaper and it does look pretty classy. I actually like the white because I can clearly see when there are drips or spills so I keeps it clean. The water reservoir is a little smaller than I thought. I have a different model at home and the reservoirs look about the same size but this one seems deceptively small. Not a huge issue though. All of the controls on top are easy to figure out and make this very very simple to use and maintain. The auto-off feature is great for an office because you can leave on the weekend and not worry if you turned it off.

No, really this is a great unit. Looks good in my kitchen. Worked well until I placed a Keurig factory water filter in its water reservoir and thecharcoal dust in the Keurig filter bag... clogged the k45's internal water lines, burning out the suction pump. I complained - the company refundedmy purchase price - no problem. Please, buy the K45... just DO NOT any charcoal water filter because it just messes up the machinesomething terrible! Just use fresh "bottled water" for your coffee and all will work perfectly. I really did love the K45, the filters, no.I would give the K45 itself a five star rating - no problem, but I messed it up using the factory charcoal water filter... don't do that.Bob Clark, Santa Monica, CA 9/2016

The product (I had to order two) arrived in a beat up box with a shipping label on the inside from KOHLS to someone else. The food was expired (coffee sample pack was past it's use date by 6 months). I told the supplier about the problems and with Amazon Prime, they sent me a new one to replace the old open item package. Unfortunately, it was the exact same situation. Amazon eventually gave me a $10 credit to buy coffee and just keep this product (still paid full price though) and avoid sending it back to them (the re-seller).The Keurig 45 is a good little machine though.PROS: compact design, fast hot coffee, great tasteCONS: small water jug - only makes 2 or 3 cups before needing refilAside from my shipment / seller issue, this a good product for the one or two person apt., but I wouldn't recommend it for a group office or a family of coffee drinkers since the water receptacle is so small.

I love my Keurig!!! This was a gift I received back at the beginning of May and have been using daily (2-4 times daily) since I received and it works great! I read some of the other reviews and was weary of how long it would work so I also got the protection plan to go with it. Have not had a problem with it at all (fingers crossed that it stays that way) and it makes my coffee just the way I like it. Love the coffee maker and the variety of coffees that I can brew with it.

I've gone through several of these machines, and they seem designed for failure. I maintain them rigorously, cleaning and descaling regularly, yet they fail within 2-4 years, requiring replacement. Incidentally, descaling should not be necessary, as I do not have hard water.It's not just the piercing nozzle that gets clogged. That, at least, can be cleaned with a paper clip. There are other parts that also get clogged. The hoses get brittle and break. The hose clamps get brittle and break. The pump stops working.I'm pretty handy, but I should not need to disassemble a kitchen appliance every few months to fix it. The Keurig is decidedly unreliable.So, beware. If you buy a Keurig, it will probably stop working after a few years. So, budget for replacing them every so often, even if you have a handy guy in the office who can fix them.

Doesn't have all the fancy 2 part mixes like some of the other machines I was considering but given how fun creamers are now I am not missing it. Set up was quick, looks nice and clean, brews quickly. Happy with the machine and the trail set of flavors. Would definitely purchase again. Also shipped FAST!Also bought a 'mind reader' drawer set for underneath and did post review on it. Good enough and looks nice but doesn't slide smoothly and is more plasticy feeling than I was expecting... especially for the price.

I do like this machine it works very well. The only thing I don't like about it is the portion size does not fill up my whole 16 oz. cup. The kcups are expensive. It is very convenient and makes a fresh cup of coffee in minutes.

bought this model to replace another version which is about 6 years old. It was beginning to be unreliable...not unusual for any electronics after 5 years of daily use. This version is flexible enough for my use. I can use my off-brand K-Cup type coffees with no problems. (I don't buy Keurig brand cups at all any more. There are other better and cheaper choices.)The noise level is very low compared to my old, dying brewer. The temperature is hotter. I can't set it up to turn on automatically at a certain time as I was able to do with my old brewer, but that is not an issue at all. I love the white color- and get lots of compliments from guests!As I said, so far, so good.
