The media could not be loaded. Worked Great 👍 Fully satisfied 😁 It killed a ton of mosquitos,insects,bugs,moths.The c to c cable provided was not properly connecting so i used my c type cable and worked great. So other than the provided cable the product is great👍.I will buy one more and recommend to other people who have mosquito problems this is a must have.Really appreciate this product in budget price.

Worst product i have ever ordered. Not working and no return option. If you need only a night bed light you can book. Not even single musquito it killed. Fan not working.

One of the worst product I bought from amazon in my last 10 years history. The product is a complete waste of effort and money. I can understand why the product is marked not returnable because the product doesn't work for the purpose it is bought.Uv light doesn't attract mosquitos.
