Notes: Potency Guarantee: Each capsule supplies a minimum of 5 billion cfu Lactobacillus acidophilus NAS adhesion super strain; 20 billion cfu adult specific Bifidobacterium bifidum Malyoth super strain; and 5 billion cfu Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB-51 champion transient super strain, through the printed expiration date when the storage conditions stated on the label are maintained. How the bacteria are grown: The bacteria for the Healthy Trinity® capsules are grown in a certified organic garbanzo bean base, so they are truly dairy free. Recommended Use: One capsule daily, preferably with meals. Do not give to children under eight-years of age. *If the child is able to swallow capsules, parents may choose to give them Healthy Trinity® capsules. Remember, always refrigerate, do not freeze or put in direct sunlight. Healthy Trinity oil matrix capsules: Are formulated to be taken with a meal to enhance digestion, but may be taken at any time. Healthy Trinity should be taken with room temperature, filtered (non-chlorinated) water. Healthy Trinity powders: The powders should be mixed together in approximately 6 to 8 oz. of room temperature, filtered (unchlorinated) water. The powders are formulated to be taken approximately 20 - 30 minutes before meals to enhance digestion, but may be taken at any time. If you are experiencing stomach upset, the mixture may be sipped throughout the day. Both capsules and powders should be taken at least 2 hours after consuming herbs (i.e., garlic and echinacea) and prescription drugs (antibiotics). Some herbs and all antibiotics will eliminate not only undesirable, but beneficial bacteria as well.
