Sleep Strips by Azazar(60 PCS)- Advanced Gentle Mouth Tape for Better Nose Breathing, Improved Nighttime Sleeping, Less Mouth Breathing, and Instant Snoring Relief

First time, in a long time I woke up this morning feeling full of energy! I've been snoring out of my mouth lately and have been trying to find something to help me get a good nights sleep.I tried the chin strap = that made me super sweaty! Woke up in the middle of the night having night sweats.Mouth guard = it isn't custom fitted so some of the plastic rubbed on my gum. Super uncomfortable.Only thing I recommend are these Mouth tape for those of you that snores out of the mouth!Happy Sleeping!

I've been taping my mouth shut at night for 20+ years and just saw and tried this alternative to my usual 1" Micropore medical tape and don't like it nearly as much. Here's why: With the tape, I fold back ⅓" to make a tab that's easy to remove. Much harder to do than with Azazar strips. It stays on my mouth longer and when I wake and take it off for a drink of H2O, I can reuse it, which I can't do with the Azazar strips. It's less expensive, particularly if you buy a 12 pack of the tape with plastic dispensers.I first learned about taping my mouth shut from studying Eucapnic Breathing or the Boryienko (sp?) Method of breathing. At first, I was concerned about being able to breathe if I had a cold and used mouth tape, but Eucapnic Breathing says that if you're not getting enough Oxygen, your body will stop making mucus (which it does to prevent over-oxygenation from mouth breathing), so even when I have a cold, I'm able to put mouth tape on and breathe through my nose! Amazing.

Man, I wish I hated these things. I refer to them as Chastity Strips, because once you put it on, you are done for the night - no talking, no kissing... you understand. HOWEVER, they work great. I really sleep hard, and therefore I have problems with drooling. Drives me nuts. Since I got these strips, I have not drooled a drop. That's good, because that is why I bought them. But what I did not really expect to find is how much better I am sleeping at night. Further, my chronically stuffy sinuses actually seem to relax and open up. I don't know why, but I breathe much more easily through my nose with these than without. I almost never get up in the night anymore, and very seldom wake up until the alarm. It apparently allows my mind to relax more, and for that, I have to give them five stars. They do stick well if I wash my face before bed, yet they peel off easily in the morning with no residue or skin irritation.

I prefer the somnifit brand better. They have a more comfortable fit and feel gentler on the lips and skin. Plus, these sleep strips are on the small side, so if they dont line up just right, they wont hold throughout the night. The adhesive is pretty weak, so if you mess up placement one time, might as well throw it out and get a new one. No refitting with these.

It works . I bought this product for my dad when we went on a cruise . He snores heavily. He use it and I was able to sleep

The product performs well. Adhesion is good. Upon removal, there may be slightly more adhesive remaining on your skin to be washed off, as compared to another brand which I've tried. The packaging is all in Chinese so be sure to read the instructions and descriptions from the Amazon description.

This product totally works!!! My partner was avoiding me like the plague because my snoring was so bad. Our relationship has significantly changed to the positive just by this simple piece of tape. It is waaaaaayyyy more comfortable than the chip straps, stays on, and, most importantly, works! It takes about one night to get used to breathing only from your nose, but it is an easy transition. When I ran out of these recently, these were on backorder so I ordered the brand by Watozorfqqq and it was CRAP so just know that not all mouth tapes are created equal. I just bought five of these to make sure I have enough for a long time! Buy it. You and your significant other will be happy.

These strips do not adhere strongly enough to keep my mouth shut. I even tried placing 3 across my lips, but the criss-cross design still permits air to travel into my mouth. I've found that a strip of Micropore tape running vertically from under my nose to under my lower lip does a much better job.
