Horrible experience with Epson
I purchased this NEW printer back in March 2023. There is a gear on the tractor gear assembly that is worn down, preventing the paper to feed. Epson told me the only option I had was to send it to get fixed. I informed them I cannot take the printer offline. We've learned how to work around the problem by manually pulling the paper as it prints. I also told them the depending on my experience with this printer, my company could be buying more of them. The corporate office didn't care. My only option is to send it off to get repaired. I requested a temporary printer while this one is getting repaired. NO GO! I will never buy another Epson product again. I wasn't asking for anything extra, just a printer that worked. I was willing to work with them. Oh well. Use Epson at your own risk. Possibly the worst customer service I've encountered. Horrible. After dealing with corporate, I understand why.

Works great!
Just finished setting it up today (1/11/22). I used the Ethernet connection. The supplied cd was very easy to work with and found the printer no problem. I have a 22 year old network version point of sale program running on windows 10 32-bit operating system. It prints fast. I have 5 computers hooked to it. It worked excellent all day.

Using this for a long time and there is no problem at all
Now this is one of my most used neccessary daily working tool, function well and reliable, I cannot live without this machine. Recommended!
