We were lef here because we had a packet of a similar spice in Blue Apron.We can both say that this item is even better than what we got in Blue Apron.Try a little bit of this in ground meat or in your bolognesia sauce. Note I said a little bit, this stuff can be overpowering if you use too much. Just a little bit and you will get a distinct and wonderfully different flavor.Awesome stuff!

I gave this small jar of Quatre Epices to a friend who lives in Louisiana. I think she will like it. For myself, I purchased eight ounces of it from another company and use it whenever I prepare chicken. WOW! Our cuisine has improved.
