My cartridges aren't printing well and the printer often stops in the middle of a print job. I shake the cartridge and they seem at least half full. Your Money Back Guarantee says you will accept returns or exchanges for 365 days and back your products for 24 months, but the Amazon return window closed Sept. 18, 2018. I'm confused.

I am still finishing up on the old cartridges and have not installed yours as of yet. I will let you know later when I get achance to use your cartridges. I cannot give a rating on the use of the cartridges at this time. OK??Thanks,CB

Got this for the price. Color ink worked fine, black ink cartridge kept malfunctioning. Contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement immediately, didn't need to return the malfunctioning ink at all. Got the replacement and it worked.

The ink seems to be a little more watery than brand name ink. My blue cartridge didn’t work, but the others are fine. I mainly print in black and that has seemed to last a long time.

Dislike when I Open Black ink its was leaking a little before I put it in my copier lost some ink but all is well will purchase again..

I took a chance buying this non HP ink and at first my printer told me 1 or more ink cartridges were defective. I tried several more times with the same result. Several days later I tried again and this time everything worked. Consideringthat I was spending $80 on HP ink and this only cost $15 it was worth the extra trouble. Also the company offered me a full refund with no hassles.

The ink cartridges arrived in a timely manner. The blank is great, however some of the color ink is not as vibrant.

The print cartridges have been working with no issues since we installed them. When we installed the cartridges an error came up and reading the instructions it was expected. Just bypass the error and everything worked without an issue. This is definitely the way to go compared to the expensive printer manufacturer version.
