G Flex Thickened Epoxy Adhesive 655-K is the one of the best glues on the planet! A pack lives in the caravan and we never leave home without it. It glues anything and everything, permanently.It is like Araldite, but has flexible properties, so copes with vibration, thermal expansion, knocks and bumps.I was introduced to it through a canoe specialist around 10-years ago while converting a plastic canoe into a sailing dinghy. I wasn't keen on drilling through the hull into a wooden mast foot that supports the mast. The alternative suggested was to buy G/Flex (Which is not cheap) and glue the mast foot to the hull. 10-years on, the 4 square inch block of wood is still stuck to the floor of the canoe and the forces that go through the foot is huge!
