Great tool

Easy to assemble and clean. Fits my artisan Kitchenaid mixer perfectly. Haven't tried a wheat based pasta with this device yet, just gluten free stuff like lentils and seemed to work well. I haven't tried any other pasta makers before but pretty happy with this one.
