Christmas Present
Excellent packaging - sturdy and looks great. Haven't had it fully out of it's box but on initial inspection if looks fab. The test will be at Christmas when my God daughter opens it!

This is beautiful and well made, I love it and can't wait to see my daughters face on her Birthday. It was much bigger than I thought it would have been. Deliver was great too, ordered it on Saturday night and arrived on the Tuesday morning....

Complained and got money back
Box was damaged in transit -each corner was crushed. Also musical ballerina did not play or go round. I complained and got my money back within 24hrs
