Just set it up yesterday and I love it. Seems like quality materials, though there are a few design hiccups: the center rail adjustment is awkward to adjust if you've got the 2:1 attachment on. Also the top and bottom notch are unusable because it can’t reach . I would also go ahead and order some additional carabiners to replace the screw-chain-link connectors to make it easier to switch attachments. Make sure you secure the unit well to something solid (a wall) at both top and bottom. But for the price, you can’t beat it! Can do every cable exercise. I feel like my garage gym is finally complete.

For what this thing is made for I can’t complain. I think it’s a great addition to my home gym. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to set it up in about an hour. This isn’t a commercial cable machine, but for any home/garage gym this is too good to pass up for the price, especially with all the attachments you get with it. The only thing I’ve upgraded so far are the clips it comes with.

I agree with the other customers that this was easy to put together, but yes, you get what you pay for. I have mine wall mounted into studs; the top and bottom mounting plates don't line up flush against the wall without torquing the frame a bit. The top flange facing the wall was bent on one corner...This does two things: it misaligns the travel rods putting some resistance on the movement, and it causes the feet to not sit flush on the floor. The back feet are settled but the front feet a lifted about 1/8", so I'll need to find something to shim under there, probably a strip of rubber. I put a little graphite powder in the bar yoke for the weights to smooth out the motion through the travel bars. Overall, I'm happy with it for the price as it adds a great deal of variety to my home gym setup. I am looking at replacing the wheels (which are nylon) with some aluminum wheels for smoother motion. Other recommended changes: get a spring loaded locking screw so you can just the handle height quicker, the one it comes with needs to be unscrewed every time and it just slows things down. Additionally, while it comes with one carabiner, the connector plate to double up the cables is connected with two Quick Links (chain link that opens on one side with a nut). It is pretty sturdy otherwise and fits a small foot print.

Not to bad to put together. Instructions sucked though no words just images. Solid built and quality items.

The friction on guide rails is Horrible. I even tried silicone lube. But nah don’t waste your money.

This is a great addition to my home gym, and I’ll be honest I didn’t even bolt it to the wall, I just put 2 50lbs sand bags on the rear base to hold it down. Make sure you oil up the poles for better movement, it will last longer if you do. Putting it together took around 3.5-4 hours but trust me it’s worth it. It’s sturdy, and doesn’t take a lot of space. It almost feels like a cheat code for a home gym specially on a a budget.

Probably a good machine but its taller than 78 3/4 by a lot won't fit in the area I wanted it. Not very smooth seems like extra resistant compared to my single pully I had mounted on my ceiling, could do 80lbs for tricep push downs struggle with 60 with this
