I planted the seeds near similar soil planted with field peas. They came up first and are taller now.

We've planted these for two seasons now. They germinate well and are vigorous plants. They grow as much as 8 ft. tall so a tall trellis is advises. They bear for at least 5-6 weeks and we get some early heat, they hang in and don't die out. Raw or cooked, they are great.

__We love snow pea pods new shoot and pods. So far the germination rate seem to be good. We will know how sweet and full the pods will be after/ during the winter.

The vines grew to over 7 feet tall, however the pods were only to 1 1/2 to 2 inches long. Pods were only good at 3/4 to 1 inches log. I bought these seeds as they were described to grow 4 to 5 inch (Mammoth) pods. I am extremely disappointed as we can not use these for our intended purposes.Germination was prolific, the vines reached over 7 feet tall. The vines are loaded with very small pods. The pods get very stringy and fibrous quickly, after they reach 1 to 1 1/2 inches long. making them useless for salads, cooking and eating the pods.Overwhelmingly disappointed!

These peas are unbelievable. I did 3 plantings, each 2 weeks apart. We've been picking them for 6 weeks now and they're still going strong with new blossoms coming everyday.
