The Magicians Trilogy Boxed Set: The Magicians; The Magician King; The Magician's Land

I found this story by watching the T.V Adaptation, after watching i almost immediately bought the books. the story is slightly different to the show but it is to be expected.overall i found the books to be amazing i finished all three books in three weeks i was struggling to put them down. the book quality is superb and they're all decorated in a attractive way. in conclusion these books are 10/10 and will make you laugh and make you cry and trust me you will be begging for more by the end....

I received it within the specified time. It's an overall good quality product. I've only started reading this trilogy but I find it rather captivating. I recommend this to anyone who's a fan of fantasy/magical books, similar to Harry Potter but more adult-friendly.

Well packaged and aŕrived in perfect condition. Nice box set.Only managed to read the first book so far, but thoroughly enjoying it.I also recommend the scyfy TV series - They've altered things around a bit, but still a brilliant series.

The contents looked a bit beaten (corners of the trilogy holder were dented in and some of the book corners were a bit squashed). Would have been much better to open the box to find pristine contents as it made me almost regret not having bought them in store. Overall it arrived the next day which was convenient and the books are for reading at the end of the day so I am happy with it and I am enjoying them so far.

A serious one to look at. More than simply an adult 'Harry Potter', it is engrossing reading. I found the first book a little 'one strand' in it's story telling, but as the triolgy unfolded, it was engrossing reading. The edition is robust and pleasant to handle, and Mr Grossman is a pleasing writer. If you are into fantasy, seriously worth considering

I was prompted to buy this set after seeing the streamed series. Some grit, some consideration of the ethics of power and some genuine personal growth of characters. The books are so much better, made me think, and reframed many of the tropes of fantasy literature in fresh and thoughtful ways.

Love this trilogy, maybe the first book can be a bit slow, the other two are awesome, really worth it

This is series is very, very good! Full of emotions and growth, a magical tale of people overcoming their own fears and growing to a valuable life. Better than the TV series!
