Im ploughing through this to and trying to get to the bit where it tells you what you can and cant eat. I dont know how many people care about the whys and hows - we just want to know what to eat - there is a lot of time/pages/space wasted on information that a lot of us just dont care about, we are just regular people that are too busy to want to know the fine print. I would have preferred a book on just the what to eat and not, I dont have the time to read about all the extra nonsense. Was it just to make a larger book? We dont care about that, just give us the facts.

Makes so much sense... Follow the plan and purchase the recipe book too.
