AirsFish USB C to Magsate 2 (T-Tip) 85W Adapter 85W 60W Conterter Connector Power Adapter Compatible with MacBook Pro A1398 (Output 85W/60W) Black

I tried this 85W adapter with a 60W and 65W power source, but would just loop on and off. I imagine that even though it can output 85W or 60W, that it requires a 85W power source to function. The problem is that the build quality is so low that I would never trust putting 85W through this thing to my expensive MacBook. Not to mention that 85W USB-C external batteries don't yet exist. I have a Mid 2014 MacBook Pro 15" Retina and the 60W adapter worked for me with both wall charger and external battery (remember 60W or larger), but even then I can't bring myself to take the risk of long-term use with such low build quality. I'll be waiting for a company to put out a better build.

Very happy so far after a couple weeks of light use. I wanted a way to adapt between the new and old generation of MacBook at my desk without having to swap chargers. This unit did the trick.I'll be sure to update the review if anything changes.
