Fantastic Customer Support
Not only is the product excellent, but customer support is even better. After using the product for about a month, my backyard squirrels decided to chew the wire on the solar panel. I was able to fix it with new hire and hot glue, but the best part is the customer support. They offered to send me a brand new solar panel to replace the squirrel damage. That is above and beyond customer service. I thank you and my squirrels thank you. :)

Works for less than 1 minute
Pump turns on and works great and then after a minute or less it starts humming and stops putting out water. This is in clear fresh water & a fully charged brand new solar battery that was suggested to purchase with it. Please help!!!Edit to add, works with different water fountain end

Just as return date expired
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price, it worked great in the beginning. After a month, the pump is dead. It’s definitely for small ponds 4’ by 4’. The tubing connects sucks, it gets loose fast during cleaning of filters. Value for money:Figured give it a try for the price. Going to Lowe’s to get another pump, hopefully voltage/AMP works

So far I’m impressed with it.battery back up seems to work good with just the fountain running. Haven’t added any water features yet.

Don’t buy it hard to get refund, bad experience!
We bought and tested but the water flow was weak and only flow too low, and I return because not working properly, and return right away but the return is back to Amazon and I have to wait 12 days for checking issue and now they said delay and have to wait 10 more days, I don’t know who to calls, number to call and asked for refund? Don’t buying this because can’t get money back, who knows how please help!

works great
This fountain works great. it fits nicely in the bottom of my 300 gal pond.it sets up in just a few minutes, the only down side is that the panels are large when folded out, in my case , i have a shed close, so i mounted them to the roof, but if you have a pond out away from everything, the panels are very noticeable.

It's cheaply made
Feels cheap. Filter pump broke apart on my hands as I was putting the filter together. Parts are cheap. Definitely not worth the price. Solar panels work fine. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Gonna give it a few days. Then I'll see about returning it. Not impressed.
