Well at clearing moss
This product works really well at clearing moss from my roof and siding. I noticed visible results within a few days, and it was easy to apply with minimal effort. The only downside is the strong chemical smell, so you definitely need to take precautions when using it. Overall, very effective and worth keeping on hand for seasonal maintenance.

these granules do NOT dissolve easily in cold water
I really wanted to find a zinc based liquid for this moss eradication but since I couldn't I thought I would settle for this. I really needed to apply it with a sprayer as sprinkling the granules seems very impractical for my roof and patio. NOTE: these granules do NOT dissolve easily in cold water! In my first attempt, I mixed them into cold water too fast and they literally turned into large clumps hard as rock!. I spent the next 30 minutes smashing them up and vigorously mixing them into the water solution - but not very successfully. My sprayer nozzle clogged in the first 10 seconds of spraying because of the undissolved granules in the mixture. I ended up taking the nozzle off and got the first gallon+ spread around. In my second attempt I used BOILING hot water - MUCH better results in getting the granules to dissolve. I only had to clear the sprayer nozzle twice. This zinc based product definitely killed the moss so I would give it four stars if not for the granules which I would have expected to dissolve much easier in water. The instructions are a little unfriendly when they talk about mixing "pounds" of granules into gallons of water. I also thought the product was a little expensive but I will pay to get good results.

Great product
Work well, I sprinkled it on dry before it was going to rain lightly. Has coated the shingles and stopped moss this season.

Works great!
This works great on the roof. No need to sweep the roof, which is hard on the shingles. Just sprinkle it on or spray it on and then use the hose to wash off the moss that dies.

Great option to liquid sprays
Very convenient. We did not want a liquid spray. Search all area stores & could not locate a granular product. This one arrived and ease of application made it a winner. Thanks for making it available to the consumer.
