Be sure to READ good and bad reviews!!! Apparently, I just had a significant reaction to this supplement. After about twenty minutes of taking the suggested TWO capsules, my face began feeling like it was on fire and quickly turned flaming RED! That feeling and redness then proceeded to slowly make its way down my neck, chest, back, arms, torso, buttocks, legs, ankles, and feet. I then began itching and getting a rash all over. My face and body felt like dry extreme heat had consumed me. One hour and ten minutes in, I no longer feel like my face and body are baking; the itching and rash is easing slightly but my tongue feels like it’s tingling. I can’t say I’ll be taking this any more but IF I decide differently in a week, it definitely will NOT be the suggested two capsules. I’ll revise this in the future IF I decide to try just the ONE; and, It certainly WILL NOT be tomorrow! EDIT: Applesauce lessened the flushing effect when I took one capsule.

My wife and I are pretty impressed with the quality of all of their vitamins and supplements. You can tell that even their bottles and packages are high quality.

This is probably my 4th bottle. I take 2 at about 7 every morning because i have issues with energy throughout the day and I will say, on the days I remember to take them I am awake and alert all day. No caffeine needed. Take it early and by bedtime you will be ok. I have long days and I'm still up and cognitively functional till nearly midnight.

I've had a good experience with this product. I take it once a week, and whenever I get a headache, I take it and the pain goes away—it's wonderful. I'll definitely order it again when I run out; it's worth it.

ビタミン目的で購入しましたがその後妊娠が発覚し、日本ではあまりないメタル葉酸が入っていると知りめちゃくちゃ重宝しています！匂いと残り香がちょっと強烈ですがそれがあっても少なからず妊娠中は飲み続けようと思います！ このサプリの効果ではないと思いますが飲み始めて初めのタイミング法で授かれたので知らず知らずだったけど飲んでて良かった！
