10/10 would recommend. My doctor told me my cortisol was high and told me to buy these. I am going through perimenopause and I felt the benefits on day 1!I took it at 9 pm, I slept SO GOOD! I mean, wow! The next morning I felt like my stress had melted away! This will now be a staple in my vitamin routine!

Alright so heres an honest review you all....I got this because we all know that stubborn bodyfat (visceral) is related to cortisone levels. So I wanted to try this. Heres the results:1. On my very 1st dose (with a meal): In about 20-30 min my attitude and my perception changed. It was very....ummm......420ish. But without the haziness. Head was clear but the thoughts seemed to slow down and more focused. It was a very pleasant feeling! I even had someone ask me if I was okay because I wasn't bouncing off the walls from caffiene...so 5 stars for this.2. On my following few days, the results didn't vary too much. Very calming. I changed it up and opened up a pill and dropped the contents into my protein shakes and still felt the effects. This is now a part of my daily routine with my shakes after training.3. As for losing visceral fat, well...this will come with time and of course, my diet and lifestyle. I can't honestly say it works specifically for that, but in theory, because of the calming effects the stress levels should decrease and in turn, should lose that stubborn fat. I have very high hopes for this.All in all, this product works great. Instant calming effects, good focus, no drop in energy levels. Oh, and that price is perfect too. Therefore...you get all 5 stars from me and I like I mentioned before this is a part of my daily supplementation routine now. Very satisfied customer here!!!

This has definitely improved my overall mood and focus daily. I take twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. During the day I am in a better mood over all and can focus better. At night I am sleeping more soundly. After several years of restless sleep. I am sleeping better and evening dreaming, which I haven't done in years. I haven't noticed any weight loss yet, but I have been taking for just a few weeks now. Hopefully that will come too!

I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try due to all the great reviews! After a week of taking it I have noticed a slight head change (nothing crazy) just helps me feel more relaxed when I would normally be in an anxiety spiral. I also noticed I’m not stress eating it definitely helps me go longer in between meals! And I’m also not napping as much I don’t feel as tired throughout the day which has really helped me stay productive

I would advise against this product. I ordered this product in July and just opened the bottle which had the plastic seal; however when I opened the top, the inside seal had been tampered with. This product was not eligible for a return or refund. I tried contacting Musebeam as instructed and was unsuccessful. Very disappointing as the ratings were good and I was excited to try the product when my current supplement ran out! I will looking for something else.

I've taken Musebeam's Cortisol Detox Supplement for Women & Men for a week and haven't noticed any negative side effects. I take it before bed and I *think* I notice improved sleep. In any case, I feel rested. I haven't notice any weight loss yet, but I'm hopeful that I will see some improvement in a month or so.
