Fantastic Television for a great price.
For the value of this television you get a good deal of available functions. The picture quality is amazing and is crystal clear and vibrate in color. Has a fast connection through wifi but it's even better when connected via ethernet cable. Remote control is rechargeable by a USB-C cable. Setup was easy, but did take a little while to go through all of the settings. Great value. Only downside I've seen so far is that straight out of the box i had 1 dead pixel (completelyblack), that is fine during the dark screens, but very noticeable on a white or light color. Overall I'd still rate this product as a 4.9 out of 5 star rating.

Samsung does it again.
Samsung has done it again! I now have four Samsung TV's and I must say that the features just keep growing. The picture quality is amazing on this set. Setup was a sinch as it seemed do do everything before I could even get ready to. There is one feature that I didn't really care for, even though I'm getting used to it, and that's the remote. I've seen other reviews that mention this as well. It's small in your hand and doesn't have the usual channel buttons. I'm not sure this is really a bad thing, it maybe I, like others have just been brought up with the old style remotes. I'm sure in a few weeks I'll love it, so don't be surprised if it grows on you. This is a great set, I love it, and I'm sure you will too.

4K Happiness
We have been loyal Samsung television users. We upgraded to this 4k smart television and were immediately impressed with the picture, colors, and sound. Setting up the television was easy. The new TV remote control is so much better.

great if one doesn't mind some functions not working
the set looks great. The remote starts out exasperating and after several days makes some sense. The button size is perfect for a small person. Most functions work, but software is in desperate of an update. Once and only did I actually get audio from the optical cable to the DAC to my headphones. Once. That obviously was very accidental as there's now way that the software has a clue as to this function. The other apparent difficulty for the software, is remembering that I have a Roku stick plugged into a HDMI port, powered by a USB port. Some days it remembers some days it demands that I reinstall the device because it's new. Not. C'mon, seriously, have baked is no way to ship a product. Too bad that's de rigueur these days from far too many companies. Yes, I asked for help- no, the person couldn't help. Like I said, great picture, the rest, to date, meh.

Good TV, difficult connection ports
This Samsung 65" TV has a great picture. The remote is difficult to see the buttons, but overall I'm getting used to it. A big issue for me has been connecting things to it. My TV sits on an entertainment center so I have to try and hold one side of the TV while trying to plug in items to the HDMI slots. The space is very awkward. I also had trouble trying to screw on a coaxial cable for an antenna. I thought it was my arthritis, but my young neighbor also had trouble! I wish the base swiveled like my old Samsung TV so I could access the back easier. I also have Roku which requires me to use two remotes unless I figure out how get the Samsung remote to work the Roku remote. I'm still learning how to use everything.

Well Worth The Money.
I got this TV during prime day for $100 off the normal price. I'm not one to watch a lot of TV, but I have to say that what little I do watch is crisp, clean, and enjoyable.Although I measured correctly and it fit easily in the space where it needs to go, it surprised me with its size. What I had not expected was the weight, which made it not only awkward but was a little nerve-wracking to remove from the packaging.. Primarily, for fear of dropping it and busting the screen. I was forced to have someone else remove it from its box, and attach it to the stand I bought to hold it.The legs that are sent with the product are pretty much worthless. I doubt they would keep the TV erect even at the smallest bump or jostling of whatever piece of furniture you set it up on. While I think this TV is capable of being hung on the wall, I wasn't comfortable putting anything of this size on the wall for fear of it becoming dislodged and crashing to the floor. Some reviews mentioned the remote being a problem, I did not find it difficult to turn it over and let the lamp at the side of the couch keep it charged. However I think I might invest in a generic remote control unit to operate it. There are a couple of news channels you can get without cable, but I didn't find them useful. The TV also connects you to free movies, but they have ads, and the time invested doesn't make the shows really worth watching. It's easy to use the buttons on the remote control to get directly to Netflix, Amazon's prime video, and Samsung's movie library. You can also install the remote on your smartphone, but I found that four more awkward to use than the remote that comes with the TV.The operation of the menu on the TV was a a slight adjustment for me, because the TV I had been using was 15 years old, so the difference between the two was like night and day.Overall I am delighted with my purchase, and I highly recommend this product well worth the money. Even if you aren't able to get it on sale, I think that the extra money still makes it a great bargain.

Great TV
This TV is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. Not as nice as an OLED, but also 1/3 the price. Really glad we went with this model over the Q7F model, the AI gaming mode with 144hz refresh rate pushes 4K UHD at 60 fps on every game on Xbox series X. Huge upgrade in cinematics, sound, and vision of ANY 60hz refresh rate TV.
