Best Texture When Frozen
Really good though the flavor is a bit strange when paired with the squish of mochi but once I put them in the freezer, the texture(mostly the filling) was really good with the flavoring! Definitely brought out that strawberry cheesecake flavor!Will order again(Might try other flavors that would do better out of the freezer though this may be a me thing)

Love the flavor, the texture is not for me
I have had Mochi in restaurants and enjoyed it, so I was excited to try this packaged Mochi, and I love strawberry cheesecake, so I was sure this was going to be a win. Unfortunately, it's just not for me. I love the flavor, it tastes great, but the texture is off putting. I did try freezing it, like another reviewer suggested, but that didn't do much to off-set whatever it is that making me not like this. The texture was better when frozen, but the flavor was muted and not as bright and creamy. I like that it’s individually sealed, it makes it easy to throw a few in a lunch box or handbag for a quick sweet treat and I feel like that will keep them fresh longer – which is great because my daughter and her husband liked them, so this will be their treat when they come over.
