This is probably the fourth one that I have purchased. They really work. They mold to your teeth and if you get the adjustment right, it stops the storing most nights. There are some nights when I am congested or if I change the adjustment that I do snore a little but my wife tells me it is much better. I will say that the only issue I have with these things is not a fault with the guard but with the physics of it. This guard pulls your lower jaw out slightly. This puts stress on your teeth and jaw. If the adjustment is too far out my jaw gets a little sore. When the guard starts wearing out, they will move your teeth around a little. It's a little weird but they readjust a little while after I get up. I have been using one just about every night for several years now.

This is definitively the best mouthpiece for anti-snoring and grinding by far!!! I suffer from sleep apnea and even with the C-Pap machine I do not wake up rested. I have purchased many mouthpieces that claimed to help with snoring and grinding, but I would lose them in the middle of the night…overall a complete failure! I grind hard to the point that I have cracked several molars. My dentist was going to make me a mouth guard once my implant was completed in about 3 months. Now that I found this mouthpiece I don’t need to keep looking anymore, in fact, I am going to purchase a second one. This mouthpiece is comfortable and the best part is that I wake up with it in my mouth every single night since I purchased it about a month and a half ago. This device has changed my life! I am going to Cancun in a week and I do not have to take the c-pap machine…all I need to take is this mouthpiece….so convenient!!!

There is absolutely no reason for anyone to buy this. The instructions must have been translated into English via another language. Useless!The parts couldn’t be manipulated for use. I was practically in tears trying to make this work.

Bought this for my husband. After the initial set up (be careful not to get it too hot!) he wore it comfortably from the start. At least 90% less snoring so far! A bonus is that it works for those who grind their teeth too!

Love this mouth guard. Have tried about 6 different ones and way more expensive and this one in my opinion is the best. For the price and quality you can’t beat it. I went ahead and ordered another one when this one needs to be replaced

Very comfortable to use. I like that I could adjust it to fit. The color is perfect to tell if it is clean. Being white, I will know when it needs to be cleaned.

Just got my new mouthpiece. It looks very nice, easy to store and very durable! I am excited to use it!

I really like it however it's not made for people with small mouths.

Stopped my snoring on the very 1st night a little uncomfortable because of the size but worth it for a good night's sleep.
