The one you need if your serious about using spices for BBQ .
Found at at last the one I need for BBQ .. Worried all the time finding those certain products to make good food.. At once last nights dinner a five star meal..Chicken into a zip bag and added a coating of BBQ spice shake and to a slow cooker ..Use Drumsticks or Thighs on the bone..Only five ingredients easy .Tin of Tomato sauce has onions seasonings and herbs jars be fine..Peppers frozen add last minute defrost first use boiling kettle bowl a portion of frozen Peppers.Pour over and drain. No soggy veggies..Added in also Chickpeas and that is it..Again last minutes . On low first for four hours dropping off meat amazing tasty tangy and satisfying added Peppers drained and Chickpeas last time for half hour to warm through..On my list of the special spice companies.. Rajah thank you..

Versatile seasonsing
For people complaining about this mix being too salty, this is what the description says:"A blend of salt, herbs and spices specially formulated to add a delicious BBQ flavour"Note the first ingredient. Now, onto the flavour and uses: great flavour, and many uses:My spicy sauce to coat portioned whole chicken (10 pieces):two tablespoons of this seasoningsmoked paprikatablespoon of molassesdessert spoon of dark brown sugarsoy saucechilli sauce (optional)brown saucelittle oilMix together and pour over chicken and coat well...marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.AND it makes a terrific coating for frozen oven chips or wedges (and fresh).Tip your chips into a bowl, sprinkle a heaped dessert spoon of Rajah seasoning over and fresh ground black pepper (and chilli flakes if you like them and coat chips thoroughly...then tip about 2 tablespoons of oil over and stir with silicon spatula...pour out onto oven tray, in preheated oven gas mark 8 (ignore packaging instructions) for 35 minutes (or more if not crispy...again ignore packaging instructions) and perfect flavoured crispy chips or wedgesI use a perforated ridged chip tray on top of another tray to catch the oil that seeps through. I then use the left over oil for cooking something else another time...mostly I use it for frying eggs with a peperoni round over the yoke.
