Cheaper than new
Outside residential black lighting lamps (4) looked aged and faded. This is a multi-step process but lamps looked nice shiny black when I was finished. It's been a year and they still look good.

Restored the metal on my bed cover. Looks brand new
I included before and after photos. It really did a great job, and the shine has lasted.

A little goes a long way!
When I first opened the box, I was surprised at how small the can was for the amount I needed to cover. I was using it for an outside patio bar that was metal. We wanted it to rust, which it did, but we didn't want the rust to end up all over our guests. So we got this product to coat the metal and protect it. The extra products that came in the package were useful for the most part, but I found the most effective thing to spread the coating was a very small roller that was able to get into the tight spaces. I also had a small sponge brush that helped as well. I did use the cleaner to prep the metal which seemed to work well. But since I wanted the rusty look, I didn't take much of that off preferring to have the patina to enhance the look. Overall, the Everbrite did the job nicely and went on easily. I had about half a can left after covering the bar in the picture and four chairs.

Great product
Follow directions and apply slowly, making sure you don't leave bubbles. I hired a couple of high school kids to prep and coat a black powdercoated deck railing. Looks as good (actually better) than new. If the finish lasts, which others say it does, it will be one of the best products I have used. Not cheap, but so far worth it.

Works great, look like new chairs!
I got this for some powder coated patio chairs that looked oxidized and dingy. They look like new, and no paint needed!

So far so good but be sure to change out your applicator pads frequently!
I was looking for a way to bring back some contrast to black powder coated armor on my Jeep. The black powder coat was fading to a grey color due to UV impact. After reading other reviews of this product on the manufacturers website, I figured that it was worth a try. I started by applying it to a part of my Jeep that could be easily removed and re-powder coated if necessary. I used the included latex gloves and the applicator pad. I found the product to go on easy and after it had dried/cured to the touch (about 30min) I was happy enough with the finish to continue to apply it to the remaining areas. I noticed that after a while, the applicator pad became very sticky and as a result the product was not going on as smoothly or as consistently as it had at the beginning. I continued to apply it hoping that it would "auto level" as the can implied but unfortunately that was not the case. I am very happy with the first several parts that I applied the product to but the parts that I coated when I noticed the stickiness of the applicator pad did not turn out as nicely. There is an unevenness to the finish. The lesson there is to change applicator pads rather frequently to ensure the best, most consistent application. It has only been a week or so since I applied the product but I can tell you that it looks as good as it did the first day and this is after we received a lot of rain. I expect that the finish will hold up for much longer than the silicone-based auto trim products that seem to quickly fade after the first wash. I might apply a second coat to the areas that I am not happy with to see if it improves the consistency of the finish. There were also small bits of fuzz stuck to some spots from the applicator pad (when it got sticky) but they can be wiped off. Overall, the result is a much darker looking power coating and I think that makes it a success. Mostly happy so far!
