I had tried EVERYTHING including drinking 90oz water each day, 7-8 hours of sleep at night, eating ats, taking shatavari capsules. Nothing worked until my lactation consultant suggested me these tablets. I started taking it in the dosage of 3/3/3, but that did not make a difference for my milk supple. However, things miraculously changed within a day after I increased my dosage to 4/4/4.The ideal threshold of 600mg fenugreek tablets as per my lactation consultant is 9-15 tables a day, in parts 3 times a day. I will check but Inwish they made these in 1200mg size so I only have to take 2 tablets at a time rather than 4.

I really like this product..it helps me in increasing milk products…I’ll definitely recommend this product for future mom..!!
