Can’t be reset, zero support
This worked great with Apple Find My until I needed to assign it to a different family member’s account. I was able to remove it from Find My but I have not been able to reset the tracker for use with another account (despite following the included instructions) and multiple attempts to get help through the company’s website have gone unanswered.Since it will not go back into pairing mode, the tracker is completely nonfunctional.

Nice product. Performs as described. Easy setup and use with Apple find my. Wish the battery had longer life.

Works well for the price.
The battery lasts a long time and the wireless charging is a plus. Only downside is it likes to pop up a lot as an unknown device with you but you can still track it. More annoying than a deal killer for me.

Long charge time
The amount of charge time is pretty good. Has it 3 weeks and still have not had to recharge.

Unreliable
Sorta works, but when I actually needed it I couldn’t connect to it. I assumed I had really lost my wallet, but it was in the same room the whole time.
