Beta Test of this interesting Cam
Just got it - it’s a little pricey but supposedly it has neural nets on it:• You don’t get a full ML framework preloaded.• You do get the ability to run small CNN models right on the chip, without having to ship every frame to a GPU.Potentially good for object detection…will update soon 💚🖖😊

Decent so far
A little bit of work to get it going. Tried the example Python programs from Sony since this is their IMX500 sensor. Lots of weird problems, then I figured out I also needed to increase VRAM to 512 and install GPL drivers in addition to the IMX500 package. This may be dependent on the attached monitor.
