Blue Hawaiian Dichorisandra Thyrsiflora Ginger Plant Root 1 Pack

It arrived during an intense heat wave and sat in the mailbox in Fl for a day. I incorrectly assumed it would enjoy the sun, and eventually killed it by overwatering and the heat. Customer service was excellent, even tho I waited too long to tell them and did not expect them to replace, this seller was very accommodating. Now growing a healthy shoot.

Ordered about 3 years ago. It has never grown.

First- It's alive and growing. Not very fast, but it didn't die. There was one shoot on the plant to begin with. That shoot didn't grow but a second shoot is growing now. It's small so I'm still not sure the plant will make it but it has a chance. Second- I was disappointed in the directions that came with the plant. On a 0-10 scale of how clear and complete the directions were, I'd give them a three. I had to email the grower (not the shipper) and to his credit he responded quickly and was very helpful.

Planted ginger in 3 days started growing. Didn't have to wait for weeks. Leafing out very nicely. Can't wait to see it full grown. Thank you

Got the starter root in a couple days. The small shoot on the ginger root looked wilted and dead. I tried to plant it immediately and give it a little attention, but it died with 2 days. Maybe I just got a bad one?

Seller provided great service with my two purchases! Sprouts on tip of ginger roots are planted and looking forward to great fun growing them into blossoms:)
