Don't Go Nuts Nut-Free Organic Chewy Granola Bars, Chocolate Chip, 12 Count, Non GMO, Gluten Free

My kids used to love these bars but the manufacturer changed the recipe. They are smaller and hard. They are somewhere between a crunchy and a soft granola. With limited granola bar options for my nut allergic child, I really had depended on these but am disappointed now.

It is so hard to find nut-free granola bars. These are delicious and school-safe. My whole family loves them. They are sweet and soft. Thank you for keeping my family safe!

We have purchased don't go nuts bars on monthly subscription since we discovered them a few years ago. My son has a tree nut allergy, and these are one of the few nut-free bars that he enjoys and never tires of! My other kids gobble them up too. They are expensive, but have been worth it for us until recently. The last two shipments we received were well within their expiration dates but hard as rocks and totally inedible. I assume it's a problem with the packaging or storage. It's too bad because we really enjoy these, but they are too expensive to have to throw an entire box out more than once!

These are just ok. I would not consider them if you didn't require nut-free safety. The look is unappealing - they look like a brown, somewhat malformed bar - a child I ate them with said they looked like "a poo" (he was right). The texture is very hard and I was worried it would chip my tooth. This made me think they would be both a choking hazard for small kids and a chewing hazard for people with dentures or dental issues. Flavor is ok, I'd describe it as chocolatey but nothing special. I could see millet in the bars but they didn't register as "granola" bars to me and they certainly are not "chewy". I do not recommend.

Tastes great. Would buy again.

When I first started getting these they were soft but the last couple boxes I’ve received have been so hard I haven’t been able to eat any of them. Unfortunately I will have to find a new brand as these are expensive and have been disappointing lately

These are great tasting GF and NF bars. They are a little sweet and they make an easy snack on the go.
