I do not have a small ass, but with bottles this stuck out too far to the sides for me. I used it for walking my dogs, and it got caught on things. Made me feel like my backside was a mile wide. I bought another pack that was deeper and not so wide. It IS very sturdy, holds a fair bit and has places to clip on items.

Arrived in great time, and in perfect shape. I love that I can garret 3 water bottles on the sides. The big pocket is more than adequate. Be careful with the little one in front, as it isn't completely covered at the Bottom. Probably for a cell, but don't put anything small that could slip through the slits. Overall I love it!

Arrived 7days early considering the overseas shipment. I managed to fit my gas mask and 2 filters snug inside the main pouch with ease.

This will work well when I am in Israel starting in late May. It will be hot there and will be hiking a lot so the two water bottle holders will come in handy
