Do the crackers break easy because I am searching for a cracker to be used with dipping into cream cheese?

Yes, if these were fresh, they would break if you tried to dip them into cream cheese. Also, these already have a flavor and that doesn’t sound like a good combination.

What are these? What do they taste like if you can describe them to American Products?

They are wafer-like, very light like the air chips you can buy from Lays but with a hint of either soy sauce or worcheshire sauce, not very salty with a slight sweetness, good for dips, i eat them as is out of the package, very tasty, not many in the bag for the price but i like them so well i had ordered more and i keep them on my re-order list.
