Disposable Dog Potty - Real Grass - Medium 24x16

Love this! Looks better than a pee pad and pup was immediately into the mat.

So I got this for my 4 month old puppy named Meme. She is 5.6 lbs and I live in a condo, so taking her outside on the grass is a it of challenge all day long. I was using Fresh Patch on my balcony but it was very expensive to keep changing out and took a while to get. I decided to try this one and she adapted to this grass very easily. I can leave the door open to the balcony and she loves to hangout outside (and pull out my pansies lol) and will use the potty patch when she has to go. She will even go outside from inside if she has to go. This is real grass, not fake. She will go potty outside on the grass during walks too so it's not confusing for at least my dog. I do recommend to puppy owners to use these during the non-vaccination period to get used to going on the grass and for condo owners that can't get to grass in time for a potty. As far as bugs or other pest, I had a worm but not a biggie. I just threw it on the outside grass. No other pests. I also have a lavender plant on my balcony which is a natural pest control, and am planting basil.

This was a great way to train our dog to pee on the boat, a necessary task if we are unable to get him to shore for any reason. We are still working on #2 but, he agreed to do #1 in 2 days. The little bottle of pheromone was nice to have but, at 1st he just sniffed at the grass, put one foot on it and left. The best time to have him use it was 1st thing in the morning when he had a full bladder. He held it for 20 hours once but, eventually got in the habit of using it 1st thing in the morning. We took it out of the box after a few days as we located it on the bow next to a drainage port and gave the grass a fresh water watering after use. As it was exposed to heat on the foredeck, the grass was starting to brown by the 5th day but, I'm sure it would have lasted another 5 days if needed. It is a little messy but, there is not much dirt on the roots and we easily washed loose grass and roots overboard with the urine. It's a bit small for our 43 # dog and the 1st time he used, lifting his leg as usual, he missed most of the grass, hitting the wall of the deck. Easy to wash this out of the boat but, he sniffed it and the next time he used it, he stood on the grass, and squatted like a girl dog. I was hoping to find something with a rubber mat under it to prevent the grass from sliding across the deck in rolling seas but, didn't need it on this trip. The grass stayed put. I wouldn't re-order this product for the boat but, will switch to artificial turf. It served its purpose in his training perfectly. I must add, that it arrived early on the 1st day it was expected. Exquisite timing as we left for the boat an hour later! Thanks for a great product!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: great great concept however my dog did not get the hint and thought it was a new toy and ripped it to shreds 😂😂😂😂

I have a 3 month old Shih Tzu and this made potty training a lot easier. This is great for people who don’t have yards and live in apartments or if the weather is not too great! The only thing is my puppy started digging up the grass. I will purchase again, because he loves the feel and smell of it. When it arrived, somehow he knew it was for him and was not shy to use it!
