After just over one month the cap/button mechanism completely fell apart. Super frustrating and we have no idea how to get in touch with manufacturer. Disappointing and waste of money on an expensive bottle.

I've only used it three times and the red button popped off and won't stay back in. I got protein shake all over my kitchen

Amazing product. Solid build and extremely useful. I use it for pre-workout. Fits a full scoop with plenty of room for more. Today, I put two full scoops and there is still room for another two scoops.

This worked fine the first time. I handwashed it on arrival and used it once. Then I put it in the dishwasher, since the documentation said it was top-rack safe. The spring-loaded mechanism in the top was destroyed and I returned the cup to Amazon.

This shaker cup did not last two months! I used it approximately three times a week for two months and the internal components that allow the button to depress releasing the shaker piece started to break and fall apart. Now the spring wont stay in the button and the bottom is loose and will fall out if I shake the cup.

Looks awesome but I ordered Gunmetal color with the black button and I received the bottle with the red one.

I love this thing, this is my second one. I wish it was easier to clean inside the button, after a while it smells like old water and protein.

The product itself is great but it was delivered with a defect that will lead to the distinct possibility that I end up losing the cap that covers the drinking reservoir when your not drinking from your it. If it’s lost, you have nothing keeping your liquid from spilling out.
