This kit takes a surprisingly long while to go through. Very useful having a variety of connector sizes and I've yet to have a problem with the pins falling out. I have to use some needle-nose pliers to pull the male-end connectors through the bracket, but after that the spring on the connectors holds perfectly. Would recommend for a JST SM kit

I’m experimenting with Arduino IoT implementations and needed a way to interface external devices to circuit boards. This kit is perfect for that purpose. I have done a rough inventory and there are an equal number of plugs to sockets and an ample quantity of each. The quality is good. NOTE: Do not buy the crimping tool recommended for these connectors (Iwiss SN-28B). The dies are much too wide. Instead buy an Iwiss SN-01BM crimper which has the narrow jaws required by these crimp connectors. Using the right tool, the wire and insulation are tight. The SN-01BM will handle wire gages 28 up to 20.

These are great connectors, but the male and female terminals provided in this kit appear to be for different wire sizes. One is much harder to get a good crimp than the other. I found doing a slight pre-crimp on the terminals with needle nose pliers prior to putting them into a proper ratchetting crimper helped a lot to avoid issues.

Easy to use.

I like these connectors the best because they click together and won't come/pull apart.I was able to use these for 18awg ribbon cable even though it is suggested that they are only good for 24awg.If you get these get a crimper with them. It takes a bit of fiddling to figure these out. I got them to crimp with the 18awg and then added a spot of solder just to make sure, after crimping.I like'em.

I have been looking for smaller connectors like this to create junctions in my wire looms. They are similar to what vehicles use and make my wire looms look much more professional and clean. Use good crimpers and they work great

Good for the price, but I just don't feel like they fix in the housing securely enough. The plastic clips are fine, but the male contacts are not finding a place to hold on in there.

Since receiving this I've crimped at least 16 different connectors, all fully working at first attempt!If you have a proper crimping tool (I'm using one from Iwiss), you can't go wrong with this one!Very please and will definitely be buying more when these finish.
